Cole Wilcox is a pitcher in the Tampa Bay Rays organization. He is from small town Chickamauga, Georgia and went to college at the University of Georgia. He is a Host on Diamonds in the Rough and a head blogger for the website.

Nick Schnell is an Outfielder in the Tampa Bay Rays organization. He grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana. Attended Roncalli High School, and was drafted 32nd overall in 2018. He co-founded Diamonds in the Rough Podcast. He now writes and co-host for the Podcast.
